For Luxe ticket exchanges we require 5 days notice.

• To exchange your tickets please contact the customer services on your e-ticket or booking confirmation. We encourage customers to complete this as early as possible.
• Exchange requests will be accepted up to 2 days prior to the performance for standard tickets and up to 5 days for Luxe tickets.
