Title: Enhancing Convenience and Comfort: The Boon of Pumping Bras for Working Moms
Being a working mom comes with its fair share of challenges, and one of the major hurdles faced by many women is the ability to balance their professional obligations with their duties as a mother. Amongst these challenges, finding suitable ways to continue breastfeeding becomes a paramount concern for mothers returning to work. Fortunately, the advent of pumping bras has revolutionized the possibilities for working moms, offering them a convenient and comfortable solution to express milk while maintaining their professional lives.
1. The Dual Demands of a Working Mom:
Working moms often experience the desire to provide their infants with the nutritional benefits of breast milk while also managing their career responsibilities efficiently. The introduction of pumping bras has significantly simplified this intricate balancing act. Providing a hands-free and discreet pumping experience, these bras allow mothers to express milk effortlessly during work hours without the need for cumbersome equipment or seclusion.
2. Supporting Breastfeeding Goals:
Breast milk remains the gold standard in infant nutrition, bolstering a baby’s immune system, promoting healthy growth, and fostering a strong mother-child bond. By enabling working moms to pump milk throughout their workday, pumping bras contribute greatly to maintaining exclusive breastfeeding for an extended duration. This, in turn, plays a vital role in enhancing the overall health and well-being of both mother and child.
3. Convenience and Comfort:
The pumping bra’s design is engineered to provide heightened convenience and comfort, considering the unique requirements of working moms. Equipped with strategically placed openings, these bras accommodate the breast pumps, ensuring a secure fit and allowing for discreet and leak-free milk expression. Additionally, the adjustable straps and breathable materials used in their construction deliver maximum comfort, minimizing discomfort or pain often associated with pumping.
4. Seamless Integration into Professional Life:
Pumping bras integrate seamlessly into a working mom’s professional life, eliminating the need for her to interrupt her workflow or take frequent breaks to accommodate breastfeeding. By enabling mothers to multitask, be it attending meetings, responding to emails, or engaging in impromptu discussions, these bras ensure smooth transitions from the workplace to motherhood

Saves Precious Time!
You do not need to buy a special bra to pump. Rumina’s patented no hassle design allows you to wear all day, nurse and pump to reduce pump time which makes pumping easier.
All breasts are different. Rumina’s “no hole” patented design positions the flanges to more closely resemble a nursing baby as well as allows you to position the flange to your unique nipple locations whether they are directly in front, pointed down, or off to the side.
Pump and nurse at the same time!
Rumina helps you stock up to go back to work, allows your family or care providers to feed your baby and can help build your milk supply.
How-To Pump Hands-Free
Lift the top layer of fabric from under the breast to find the inner layer (colored in red above).
Insert From The Side
Insert the flange in from the side opening and move the flange directly over the breast.
This allows you to position the flange to your unique breast shape and nipple location.
When the flange is directly over the nipple and in a comfortable position, place all three layers over the flange to securely pump hands-free.
Nurse and Pump
To nurse, pull top of the bra down to reveal the nipple.
When ready to pump and nurse, follow pumping instructions to easily pump on one side and nurse on the other.
